How will I receive my FULL VERSION of the Software?

You will receive an email from our distribution partner (e-junkie.com) with the download link in it. After you open the email, you just click on the link in the email, and the software will automatically download it to your computer. Then you click on the INTALL button. It will also automatically place a shortcut on your desktop for quick access.

Is this a one time purchase or is there a monthly fee?

There are no monthly fees.   This is a one time purchase and you have the software forever.

Do I need an internet connection to use the software?

No, since the Software is stored on your computer, internet access is not needed.

Is the software HIPAA compliant?

Yes, you will not need to send any Medical Information thru the Internet.  Even the AI Agent is self-contained in the Software.

If I try the Free Trial Version and create some claims, can I import the records from the Free Trial into the FULL VERSION of any of the software’s?

Yes, at the end of the Free Trial, you will be prompted and asked if you would like to import the Free Trial records into your Full Version.

How are the records stored?

All of our Software stores unlimited records in a DATABASE.  The database is fully customizable with sorting, search box, and column relocation within the database.

If I buy the Electronic 837P Software, can I do Paper Claims with it?

Yes, the Paper Claims Software is included at no additional cost.

So if I purchase the Billing Software, can I do Paper Claims with it?

Yes you can.  The Billing/Collection Software includes the Paper Claims and Electronic 837P Software at no additional cost to the Customer.

Do you offer any Reports for the Billing Software?

Yes, the Software comes with over 30 individual customizable reports that can be branded for your Billing Practice.
