Information submitted by a buyer will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any purpose other than to complete a transaction, address a customer service concern, or provide the customer with new/updates to the software.

We full  versions of its software with the words "Trial Version" on our websites for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase.  Since the Products are digital, there is no way to return the product to us, therefore, we do not offer refunds after the purchase. 

A ten dollar fee will be added to orders that require our staff to manually put in your CC information over the phone.  It is less expensive if the Customer purchase the products on line in lieu of asking our Staff to do it for them.
